The former rope factory on the Hohe Promenade in Zurich.
David Denzler founded a rope-making workshop in 1834 and acquired land on the demolished Geissberg bastion.
In the heart of Zurich, right next to Bellevue, you will find a unique location with rustic character and historical elements that will take you back to times gone by.
The building has been a listed building since 1999.

This traditional method of grilling salmon originates from Finland. At Midsummer, the longest day of the year, a fresh side of salmon is nailed to a wooden board and slowly cooked over an open fire - a real Scandinavian experience!
